What’s new?

When setting up a Screener engagement in Amplify, you’ll now see in-context guidance to help you choose the best screening type for your use case. When selecting each option (Voice, Text, or User Chooses), you’ll now see a brief recommendation on when each approach is most effective.

Why does it matter?

This update helps you configure screeners correctly the first time, reducing setup errors and improving candidate experience. Clear guidance ensures faster, more effective screenings with better-quality responses.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all customers using Amplify Screening with Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition. Guidance will be shown when selecting a Screening Type within the Screener Question Settings.
